研究了在超声辐射下几种1,4-二酮与取代的芳香伯胺进行的Paal-Knorr缩合反应.与传统的加热方法相比较,在超声辐射下利用Paal-Knorr缩合反应合成多取代吡咯具有产率高、时间短、条件温和以及实验操作步骤简单等诸多优点,具有一定的实用价值.
Polysubstituted pyrroles were synthesized via ultrasonic-assisted Paal-Knorr condensation of 1,4-diketone with aromatic amines at room temperature.Compared with conventional heating method,the ultrasonic-assisted reaction showed certain practical value for it s higher yield,shorter reaction time,mild reaction condition,simple procedure and so on.
