利用溶液聚合方法,以4,4′-二胺基二苯甲烷与氨三乙酸为原料,制备了A2+B3型超支化半芳香型聚酰胺(HPMDA),讨论了反应温度、反应时间、芳香二胺与氨三乙酸单体比例、单体浓度、催化剂及活化剂对反应的影响,发现了临界凝胶条件。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、1H核磁共振谱(1HNMR)对制备的超支化半芳香型聚酰胺进行了结构表征。用乌式粘度计、热重分析(TG)测定了超支化半芳香型聚酰胺的粘度和热稳定性,并从微观反应机理和拓扑结构的角度,研究了反应条件对聚合物特性粘度的影响。
P-Phenylene diamine and Nitrilotrizcetic acid were chosen as monomers to prepare A2+B3 type hyperbranched polyamides.The effects of reaction conditions,such as phenylene diamine-to-nitrilotrizcetic acid weight ratio,activator concentration,time and temperature,on the polymerzation have been investigated systemically.The structures of polymerization products were confirmed as polyamides according to the spectra of FTIR and ^1HNMR.Intrinsic viscosity and TGA thermograms of the hyperbranched polyamides were investigated by viscosity measurement and TG.The studies focused on the effects of monomers' concentration,activator,B3 monomer's dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the intrinsic viscosity of the hyperbranched polyamides based on the microcosmic reaction mechanism and topologic structure.
