战略联盟网络是创新网络的一种表现形式,作为知识转移的平台,逐步得到广泛的关注及研究。战略联盟网络结构特征对知识转移活动产生作用的同时,还受到企业地理空间位置的影响。本文以中国生物制药行业1995-2010年战略联盟数据为样本构建战略联盟网络,运用负二项回归模型,研究了联盟企业的网络邻近性与地理邻近性对知识转移绩效的影响。由于联盟网络结构特征可以改变资源与信息在地理空间中流动的性质,因此本文进一步研究了在网络密度的调节作用下,地理邻近性对联盟知识转移绩效的影响。研究结果表明,企业间的地理邻近性对联盟知识转移有显著的促进作用,而网络邻近性对联盟知识转移也有正向影响,但并不显著。较高的网络密度能进一步提升地理邻近性对知识转移的促进作用。基于此,针对中国生物制药行业战略联盟的现状提出了建议。
As the transfer platform of knowledge, strategic alliance network which is a kind of expression form of innovation net- work has gained extensive attention and research gradually. The effect of strategic alliance network structure characteristics on knowledge transfer activities is also influenced by the enterprise geographic space position. This paper takes the Chinese biophar- maceutieal industry 1995 -2010 strategic alliance data as a sample to construct strategic alliance network, using negative binomi- al regression model, to study the influence of network proximity and geographical proximity on knowledge transfer performance. Because the alliance network structure characteristics can change the flow properties of resources and information in the geograph- ical neighboring enterprises, this paper further studied the influence of geographical proximity on alliance knowledge transfer per- formanee under the regulation of network density. The research results show that geographic proximity between enterprises can promote alliance knowledge transfer significantly, but network proximity didn' t have significantly influence. Higher network den- sity can improve the promoting function of geographical proximity to knowledge transfer. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward on the present situation of Chinese biological pharmaceutical industry strategic alliances.
