企业联盟网络结点的非冗余联接与聚集加快了信息流通的速度,提高了知识转移的能力,对企业创新有潜在的影响。构建了中国10个高科技行业的企业联盟关系网络,使用负二项回归模型分析了网络聚集性、连通性对企业创新能力的影响。结果显示,较高的到达率会促使更多的创新产出,集聚系数对企业的创新产出影响不明显,但是集聚系数对到达率水平影响企业创新能力有显著的正向调节效应。
Nonredundant connections and dense local clustering among alliance network nodes accelerate the flow of information, and improve knowledge transmission capacity. So the structure of alliance networks influences firms' potential for innovation capability. We construct alliance networks of 10 high-technology manufacturing indus- tries in China, and use negative binomial regression to study the impact of alliance network structure on the inno- vation capability of firms. The empirical results show that firms embedded in alliance networks with higher reach will have greater innovative output, and the impact clustering on the innovation capability of firms is not signifl- cant, but it has significant and positive moderating effect on the relationship between reach and innovation capabil- ity of firms. These conclusions will provide new scientific basis for firms to develop alliance activities and for rel- evant government departments to make industrial policies
