营养限制对断奶羔羊血浆和胃肠道上皮组织抗氧化能力的影响

本研究旨在探讨能量、蛋白质或能量与蛋白质同时限制饲养对断奶羔羊血浆和胃肠道上皮组织抗氧化能力的影响。选取48头28日龄断奶羔羊,按随机区组原则分配到以下4组中:对照组、40%能量限制组、40%蛋白质限制组以及40%能量与40%蛋白质同时限制组。每组4个重复,每个重复3只羊。试验分为营养限制期(7周)和营养恢复期(9周),共16周。结果表明:能量或蛋白质限制显著降低第21天血浆谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P〈0.05),同时显著提高第21天丙二醛(MDA)含量(P〈0.05),此外,蛋白质限制显著提高第41天MDA含量(P〈0.05);能量与蛋白质同时限制显著降低第21天血浆过氧化氢酶(CAT)、GR活性,第41天血浆CAT、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及第21天、第41天和第111天血浆T-AOC(P〈0.05),同时显著提高第21天和第41天血浆MDA含量(P〈0.05)。试验第42天,能量限制显著降低瘤胃上皮和空肠黏膜谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、空肠黏膜CAT和GR活性(P〈0.05);蛋白质限制显著降低瘤胃上皮和空肠黏膜GSH含量、空肠黏膜谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和T-AOC(P〈0.05);能量和蛋白质同时限制显著降低瘤胃上皮和空肠黏膜GSH含量和CAT活性,空肠黏膜SOD、GSH-Px和GR活性以及T-AOC(P〈0.05)。试验第112天,能量限制显著降低空肠黏膜SOD活性和T-AOC(P〈0.05);蛋白质限制显著降低瘤胃上皮和空肠黏膜T-AOC以及空肠黏膜SOD活性(P〈0.05);能量和蛋白质同时限制显著降低瘤胃上皮和空肠黏膜T-AOC以及空肠黏膜GSH含量和SOD、GR活性(P〈0.05)。由此得出,对断奶羔羊进行能量、蛋白质或能量与蛋白质同时限制饲养会降低羔羊血浆和胃肠道上皮组织的抗氧化能力,并且该影响在试验观测期内不随营养水平的恢复而彻底解除。

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of nutrient restriction on the antioxidant capacity of plasma and gut epithelial tissues in weanling lambs.Forty-eight weanling lambs at the age of 28-day-old were allotted to four groups according to a randomized block design,with four replicates in each group and three lambs in each replicate.The four groups were control group,40% energy restriction group,40% protein restriction group and 40% energy+40% protein restriction group,respectively.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks (7 weeks for nutrient restriction and 9 weeks for nutrient recovery).The results showed as follows:energy restriction or protein restriction significantly decreased plasma glutathione reductase (GR) activity and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) on the 21st day (P〈0.05),and significantly increased plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) content on the 21st day (P〈0.05),moreover,the protein restriction significantly increased plasma MDA content on the 41st day (P〈0.05);both energy and protein restriction significantly decreased plasma catalase (CAT) and GR activities on the 21st day,plasma CAT and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities on the 41st day,and plasma T-AOC on the 21st,41st and 111th day (P〈0.05),but significantly increased plasma MDA content on the 21st and 41st day (P〈0.05).On the 42nd day of the experiment,the energy restriction significantly decreased glutathione (GSH) content of rumen epithelium and jejunal mucosa,and CAT and GR activities of jejunal mucosa (P〈0.05);the protein restriction significantly decreased GSH content of rumen epithelium and jejunal mucosa,and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and T-AOC of jejunal mucosa (P〈0.05);both energy and protein restriction significantly decreased GSH content and CAT activity of rumen epithelium and jejunal mucosa,and SOD,GSH-Px and GR activities and T-AOC of jejunal mucosa (P〈0.05).On the 112th day of the experiment,the energy restriction signifi
