设计合成了二茂铁-六氨基己酸-精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨（Fc—Am—RGD）类酸靶向抗癌化合物。采用电化学，高效液相一电化学联用，MTT实验等着重研究了精氨酸上有无硝基保护对抗癌药物活性的影响。

英文摘要：

Fc- RGD conjugate derivatives were synthesized in solution. Electrochemistry, HPLC -EC and MTT experiments were adpoted to analyze the effects of arginine with and without nitro - protection on the antitumor activity.
