制备了掺杂二茂铁甲醇(Fc—OH)的丝网印刷电极,以Fc—OH作为氧化剂,研究了尿酸(UA)在丝网印刷电极的电化学氧化行为,建立了一种新的用于检测uA的方法。方法无需使用尿酸氧化酶,且能提高传感器的灵敏度,并且利用抗坏血酸氧化酶催化抗坏血酸(AA)的氧化来排除血液中AA的影响。计时电流法(I-t)测试0.3V处的氧化峰电流与UA浓度在10μmol/L至1.5mmol/L的范围内呈较好的线性关系,检出限为5μmol/L。电极制作简单,重现性好,能有效的排除AA、对乙酰氨基酚(ACP)等的干扰,方法已成功应用于实际样品中UA的检测。
A screen printed electrode mixed with ferrocenemethanol (Fc-OH), which acted as the oxidation, was fabricated. The electrochemical oxidation behavior of uric acid (UA) at the as-prepared electrode was investigated. By using the novel electrode, the concentration of UA can be measured without uric acid oxidase. The results revealed that the sensor could improve the sensitivity of UA detection, especially, the interferences of AA in the real samples could be removed effectively by the oxidation of ascorbic acid using ascorbic acid oxidase. A linear relationship between the oxidation current and the concentration of UA in the range of 10 μmol/L - 1.5 mmol/L was obtained. The preparation of the screen printed electrode was simple, and reproducible. The electrode could eliminate the interference of AA and ACP effectively. The method was successfully applied to the detection UA in the real samples.
