根据小区道路不同特点,将小区分为六类,并建立PU模型,通过matlab模拟出各类型小区内部道路长度与周长之比关于车辆平均速度的簇状函数图像,并运用折减系数方法分析小区开放前后车辆的排队时间,定量分析六类型小区开放的价值。基于定量分析,开放后小区外部主道上平均车速小于30km/h类型的小区不建议开放,内部道路数量较多的中央处小区定能缓解交通压力,建议开放。采取小封闭大开放的策略,对附近有交通信号灯的小区进行开放。
According to the characteristics of district, this paper divided district into six types, set up the PU pattern, applied Matlab to simulate the function about the car's average speed that describe the relationship between the radio of length and perimeter of road, used reduction factor method to calculate the car’s waiting times before and after district opening and the different values of the six areolas were analyzed quantitatively. Base on the quantitative analysis, this paper suggested that the areola shouldn’t dispark when the car’s speed on areola outside main road is lower than 30km/h , the central areolas which have lots of roads must relieve the stress of traffic should dispark, and the district with traffic light around should dispark.
