从人才流动理论入手,以苏北医院医联体“送下去、请上来”的基层单位临床骨干人才的培养模式为例,结合SWOT分析法,对这种模式的内部资源和外部环境进行分析,探讨适应苏北医院医联体基层单位临床骨干人才培养的相关改进和整合措施,为医联体人才培养提供决策支持。
The thesis start from the the talent flow theroy, take the example of the mode, that is clinical talented cultivation of lower units in Northern Jiangsu People' s Hospital medical group, then combined with the theory of SWOT study, in order to get the im- provement measures which adpated the clinical talented cultivation mode and provide the decision-making of medical group.
