利用传统的金属线膨胀系数测量原理,结合光纤传感技术,提出了基于光纤传感器的金属线膨胀系数测定方法,并进行了实验验证.结果表明,该测量方法精准度较高,操纵性强,也可进行改进测量任意种类固体材料或其相关材料的线膨胀系数,为科研、教学提供更多的测试手段等.
Based on the measurement principle of the metal wire expansion coefficient and the optical fiber sensing technology,a novel method for determining the metal wire coefficient expansion based on the optical fiber sensor is proposed,and the metal wire expansion instrument is improved and designed. The results show that the measurement accuracy is high,the instrument maneuverability is flexible and effective,and this system can be used to measure any kinds of solid materials or the materials related to the coefficient of linear expansion,provide more testing means for the teaching and scientific research,etc.
