作战室作为企业竞争情报的一种创新工具和机制,通过其可视化情报流程为动态环境中企业科学决策和有效指挥提供了有力的情报支持。然而。只有全面而深入地分析影响企业竞争情报作战室构建的诸方面因素,才能确保所构建的作战室具有实用性与实效性。在相关研究基础上,本文提出企业竞争情报作战室构建影响因素模型。运用实证研究方法,首先采用探索性因素分析对所提出的指标体系进行修正,然后运用验证性因素分析验证模型的优劣性与合理性。
As an innovation instrument and mechanism, the corporate competitive intelligence war room provides the strong support of intelligence for scientific decision and effective command through visualized intelligence process in dynamic environment. But, to be sure the maneuverability and effectiveness of competitive intelligence war room, the influence factors during the process of the war room construction should be analyzed roundly and in-depth. Based on the correlation studies, the article puts forward the influence factors model of competitive intelligence war room construction. Through empirical research, the article revises the model with Exploratory Factor Analysis firstly, then verifies the optimality and rationality with Confirmatorv Factor Analvsis.
