This paper investigates and summarizes the views of the Chinese enterprise competitive intelligence experts on the solutions of the competitive intelligence war room.Selecting the 3 indices of competitive environment,enterprise size and construction cost,the paper puts forward 4 kinds of solutions of the enterprise competitive intelligence war room,which are prototype design type,task disposal type,collaborative type and simulation type.
