针对目前延迟策略研究的重点是从制造的技术观出发来满足客户的定制化需求,不能真正表述客户所需个性化产品特征的问题,探讨了制造与服务集成的关系,指出了传统延迟策略实施的局限性,构建了服务型制造环境下延迟策略实施的机理模型,并从经济视角对其进行了深入分析,最后,以某筑路机械公司为实例验证了机理模型的科学性和有效性。
Current postponement strategy research mainly focuses on manufacturing technical ideology to meet customers’customization demands,which has not really addressed consumer individual products.The integration relationship between manufacturing and service was discussed.The limitations of traditional postponement strategy were pointed out.A mechanism model of postponement strategy under service-oriented manufacturing environment was constructed,which was analyzed from economic views.Finally,the example of railway SF Engineering Corporation demonstrates that the mechanism model is scientific and effective.
