固体氧化物燃料电池是一种高效洁净的新型电化学能源,具有很大的开发潜力。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SmxGd0.2-xCe0.8O1.9(SDC)电解质,通过改变Sm与Gd的配比来研究不同组成SDC的电导率,目的是从中找出电导率较大的一组并对其进行性能研究,测试结果表明在800℃下x=0.14的一组有最高电导率,其电导率值为0.075S/cm,有期望成为中低温固体氧化物燃料电池的电解质材料。
Solid oxide fuel cell is considered as a new electrochemistry power source because of its clear and high efficiency with great development potential.The SmxGd0.2,xCe0.8O1.9(SDC) was prepared by a sol-gel method in this experiment.The conductivity of different SDC was researched by changing the ratio of Sm and Gd to find the one with the highest conductivity.The test results show that when x is 0.14 under 800 ℃,the conductivity of SDC is 0.075 S/cm,which is the highest and can be expected to be a promising electrolyte material of low-temperature solid oxide fuel cell.
