采用改进固相法合成了具有钙钛矿结构的中温固体电解质La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ(LSGM),用TG-DTA和X射线衍射仪分析了LSGM材料中钙钛矿相的形成过程,利用SEM、交流阻抗谱等检测技术,对LSGM电解质结构及电性能进行表征。XRD分析表明,随着温度的升高,粉体中杂相含量越来越少,在1450℃烧结后形成了单一的钙钛矿相结构。交流阻抗谱检测表明,烧结样品具有稳定的离子电导性能,在800℃时,电导率约为6.8×10-2S/cm。
The intermediate-temperature solid electrolyte La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ(LSGM) with perovskite structure was synthesized by modified solid state reaction method.Forming process of the perovskite phase in LSGM material was analyzed by means of TG-DTA and X-ray diffractometer and its microstructure and electrical properties were tested by SEM and AC impedance spectroscopy.XRD patterns indicated that the impurity became less with the temperature increase,the powder had pure perovskite phase after sintered at 1450℃.According to the AC impedance spectra,the sample had a stable conductivity of 6.8×10-2S/cm at 800℃.
