以丙烯酰氯、N,N-二甲基丙二胺及溴代十八烷烃为原料,合成了新型阳离子表面活性单体二甲基十八烷基(3-丙烯酰胺丙基)溴化铵(DMOAB).通过红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱法对其结构进行表征,运用热重分析法研究DMOAB的热稳定性,利用摩尔电导率法分别测定DMOAB、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)、DMOAB/OTAC混合体系的CMC值.结果表明,DMOAB的热稳定性能良好,DMOAB、OTAC的CMC值分别为0.25 mmol·L^-1,0.33 mmol·L^-1.当nDMOAB∶nOTAC=2∶1时,DMOAB/OTAC混合胶束的CMC值为0.26 mmol··L^-1;当nDMOAB∶nOTAC=1∶2时,DMOAB/OTAC混合胶束的CMC值为0.31 mmol·L^-1.DMOAB/OTAC混合体系的CMC值介于DMOAB和OTAC之间.
Taking N,N'-Dimethyl-1,3-propyldiamine and octadecyl bromide as materials,a novel cationic surface-active monomer,dimethyl octadecylalkyl (3-acrylamidopropyl) ammonium bromide (DMOAB) was successfully synthesized using acryloyl chloride.The structure of DMOAB was characterized by FT-IR and 1 HNMR,and the thermal stability of DMOAB was studied by thermogravimettic analysis.Then,the critical micelle concentration (CMC) values of DMOAB,octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (OTAC) and DMOAB/OTAC mixture were measured respectively using molar conductivity method.It is found that DMOAB exhibited pronounced thermal stability.The CMC values of DMOAB and OTAC are 0.25 mmol ·L^-1and 0.33 mmol · L^-1 respectively.The CMC values of DMOAB/OTAC mixture were 0.26 mmol· L^-1 and 0.31 mmol · L^-1 when the ratio of nDMOA to nOTAc is 2 ∶ 1 and 1 ∶ 2 respectively.The results showed that the CMC value of DMOAB/OTAC mixture is between DMOAB and OTAC.
