The paper divided allocation process into the formation process of the decision power and the function process of the decision power,then the decision power allocation relative efficiency evaluation model in group network based on the two-stage DEA was constructed. Firstly,the formation process of the decision power was explored. Secondly,according to the degree of differentiation in power allocation,it put forward four decision power allocation patterns and then the paper analyzed how the different allocation patterns influence the performance of the group network from financial,customer,internal process,and learning and development aspects. Finally,the model based on the two-stage DEA was constructed and then the implementation of the allocation efficiency was discussed.
