By using structural equation analysis method, makes an empirical analysis on 168 enterprisesin cluster innovation network, studies the logical relations of cooperation mechanism, resource allocation and innovation performance. Research shows that cooperation mechanism on resource acquisition and process collaboration, resource acquisition on process collabo- ration, resource acquisition and process collaboration oninnovation performance have obvious direct effects. Resource acqui- sition and process collaboration play intermediary roles; cooperation mechanism has not direct effect on cooperation performance. It is proved that under the situation of the increasingly fierce market competition and the limited resources for enterprise development, a whole good cooperation mechanism of cluster innovation network can help members get what they need from the network, promote collaborative activities of member enterprises, so as to improve the innovation performance.
