随着中国经济发展和创新创业环境的不断改善,海归企业迅速崛起,成为推动我国自主创新的重要力量。以深市91家医药制造企业为样本,选择海归企业的二元网络为契入点,应用模糊集的定性比较分析方法(FsQCA)对海归企业的绩效提升路径进行了探索,发现构建丰富的国外社会网络是大型海归企业取得高绩效的必要条件,至于国内社会网络应与其保持恰当的距离。此外,适度的国内社会网络与良好的市场环境之间存在替代性。最后,验证了海归企业绩效影响因素与企业绩效之间存在非对称因果关系。
With China's economic development and the continuous improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship environment, returnees enterprises have risen rapidly and become an important force in promoting China's indepen- dent innovation. Taking 91 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) as samples, this paper apply fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method (FsQCA) to explore returnees enterprises performance improvement path from the perspective of returnees enterprises ambidextrous network. The results provide empirical evidence that building rich overseas social networks is necessary condition for large returnees enterprises to obtain high performance. As for its domestic social networks, returnees enterprises should maintain the appropriate distance with them. Furthermore, it also indicates that moderate domestic social network and the favorable market environment can be treated as substitutes. Finally, this paper verifies the existence of asymmetric causality between factors and enterprise performance. The implications of the findings for enterprises to improve business performance in different market environment and different performance level are discussed.
