苯硫酚极易挥发,对生物体有很高的毒性,同时也是一种典型的环境污染物。因此,在水体和生命体中对苯硫酚进行高选择性和高灵敏性的检测具有很重要的意义。在众多检测技术手段中,荧光探针具有操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性好、对生物样品损伤小以及可以直接在活细胞或组织中检测等优点,因而成为近年来研究的热点之一。该文针对近十年报道的苯硫酚荧光探针,对其化学反应类型进行了分类,系统总结了相关荧光探针的检测机理及其在环境和生物中的应用,重点阐述了探针的结构和性能之间的关系,最后展望了苯硫酚荧光探针的发展趋势和应用前景。
Thiophenols is highly toxic to organisms. It has become one of the major components of environmental pollutants. It is of great significance to develop rapid and simple methods to monitor the presence of thiophenols with high selectivity and sensitivity. Among all of the detection methods, fluorescent probes have attracted intense interests due to their short response time, high sensitivity, ease of observation, etc. In this review, we will cover the fluorescent probes developed for the detection of thiophenols since 2007. The sensing mechanism and applications of these probes are summarized according to their unique reactions between sensors and thiophenols.
