近年来糖皮质激素与肿瘤的关系进一步得到深入研究,有关报道很多,对肿瘤的治疗作用说法不一,本文从三方面做了总结,包括皮质醇增高的肿瘤,糖皮质激素在肿瘤的治疗方面的作用,皮质醇与肿瘤的发展和预后的联系。近年来,人们逐渐发现肾上腺皮质激素除了人们已经认识到的糖皮质激素、性激素和盐皮质激素外,体内还可能存在其它结构类似的甾体类激素。我们需要深入研究甾体类激素的种类,研究其对肿瘤的作用机制,摸清其结构与功能之间的关系,这样才能很好解释其在肿瘤发生发展和治疗中的作用。

Recently The relationship of glueocorticoid and tumour is obtained deep research, there are many the related reports, there are many viewpoints to treat the turnout, We analysis this text at four aspects, include the tumour of high cortisol, the healing effect of glueocorticoid to the tumour, the relationship of cortisel with the development and prognosis of tumour, recently,people gradually discover that the adrenal cortical hormone includes besides the glucocorticoid,gonadal hormone and mineralocorticoid which has been real- ized by the people ,there are other structural similarity steroid hormone in vivo. We need deeply investigate the variety of steroid hormone, investigating. The mechanism of action to tumour, reseaeh the relationship of between structure and function, thus, we may interpret the action of Steroid hormone to tumorigenesis and healing tumour.
