目的研究绝经后骨质疏松症肾阴虚证与CLCF1、ASB1和PROK2基因蛋白表达的相关性。方法病例对照方法,中医辨证肾阴虚证组29例,28例健康绝经后妇女为对照组,Western blot法检测外周血CLCF1、ASB1和PROK2蛋白表达水平。结果骨质疏松症肾阴虚组CLCF1蛋白表达水平(0.483±0.151)明显低于对照组(0.706±0.255),P=0.0001,统计学有非常显著性差异;肾阴虚组ASB1和PROK2蛋白表达与健康对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论骨质疏松症肾阴虚证CLCF1蛋白表达水平显著低于健康对照组,骨质疏松症肾阴虚证与CLCF1蛋白下调存在关联。
Objective To investigatethecorrelation between postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with kidney Yin deficiency and theexpression of thegenetic proteins CLCF1,ASB1,and PROK2. Methods Casecontrol method was used. Kidney Yin deficiency syndromegroup had 29 cases. Twenty-eight healthy postmenopausal women wereselected in control group. Western blotting was used to detect theexpression of thegenetic proteins CLCF1,ASB1,and PROK2 in theperipheral blood. Results TheCLCF1 protein expression level in kidney Yin deficiency group( 0. 483 ± 0. 151) was significantly lower than that in healthy controls( 0. 706 ± 0. 255). Compared with thosein thehealthy control group,ASB1 and PROK2 protein expression was not different between kidney Yin deficiency group and control group( P〉0. 05). Conclusion CLCF1 expression is significantly lower in kidney Yin deficiency group than that in healthy control group. Kidney yin deficiency osteoporosis is associated with downregulation of CLCF1.
