Webd.0是继Web3.0之后又一次互联网信息技术的飞跃,虽然目前学术界对此尚无统一的定义与描述,但Web4.0呈现出的共生网络、大规模网络、同步网络和智慧网络等特征,给情报学的研究带来巨大的挑战与变革。通过研究Web4.0的发展历程、概念特征和主要代表应用等,系统、全面的梳理和描述Web4.0内涵;探讨Web4.0环境下,情报学研究体系构建过程中面临的九大问题,以及情报学研究过程中的理论、方法、对象、学科和技术等五种挑战;并从复杂的学科理论融合、动态的智慧管理协同、多维的情报服务嵌入、深度的情报知识挖掘、创新的智慧功能应用等方面,诠释Web4.0时代下情报学创新的内涵。
Web 4.0 is the leap of internet information technology after Web 3.0, although there is no uniform definition and description of the academic circles at present. Web 4.0's features shows symbiotic web, massive web, simultaneously web, and intelligent web, bring great challenge and reform for information science research. This paper describes the connotation of Web 4.0 systematically and comprehensively by discussion of the development process, the concept feature and the main representative application of Web 4. 0. And this paper discusses the nine issues of information science research system construction process, and five kinds of challenges of the process of information science research by theory, method, object, subject and technology. In this paper, it annotation the connotation of the innovation of Information Science in Web 4.0 Era, based on the study of the integration of complex subject theory, and the dynamic intelligent management synergy, and the multidimensional information service embedding, and the depth of intelligence knowledge mining, and the innovative intelligent functional applications.
