The traditional evaluation indexes are selected from macroscopic or microscopic aspects,2corresponding innovative evaluation indexes which include average smooth degree and concentration degree of business circle are designed based on the features of gathered data in Baidu Map API,and their evaluation criteria are determined.The weight of each index is determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）,and the consistency check is conducted to ensure the rationality and correctness the evaluation system.The multiindex comprehensive evaluation model is set up at last.Finally,through case study on the One-way road on Kunming Xuefu Road, the data are comparative analysed, which proved the strong practicability and reliability of the proposed evaluation model.
