从宏观和微观两个方面入手,进行了传统评价指标的选定,并根据百度地图API所采集数据的特点,创新性地设计了与之相适应的平均通畅程度和商圈集中度两个评价指标,确定了其相应的评价标准。利用层次分析法确定了评价体系中各个指标的权重,并进行了一致性验证以确保评价体系的合理性和正确性,最终形成了多指标综合评价模型。通过对昆明市学府路单行道的实例分析对比分析了数据,证明了本文所提出的评价模型具有较强的实用性和可靠性。
The traditional evaluation indexes are selected from macroscopic or microscopic aspects,2corresponding innovative evaluation indexes which include average smooth degree and concentration degree of business circle are designed based on the features of gathered data in Baidu Map API,and their evaluation criteria are determined.The weight of each index is determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the consistency check is conducted to ensure the rationality and correctness the evaluation system.The multiindex comprehensive evaluation model is set up at last.Finally,through case study on the One-way road on Kunming Xuefu Road, the data are comparative analysed, which proved the strong practicability and reliability of the proposed evaluation model.
