项目投资决策具有信息不完全直觉模糊特性,决策者通常不完全清楚投资方案多属性的精确偏好信息,进而表现出一定的犹豫度,困扰决策者做出最合理的决策.为此,本文将直觉模糊和TOPSIS法结合,建立正、负理想解的加权相对贴近度非线性规划模型,解出属性的权重向量,计算出各方案与理想解的加权相对贴近度,进而对项目投资方案进行排序,为项目投资决策者提供支持.
Project investment decision-making deals with uncertainty due to incomplete information. Intuitionistic fuzzy and TOPSIS are combined for the merits of the projects investment decision-making. The main purpose is to establish a weighted relative nearness linear programming model of alternative programs with the positive and negative ideal solution for solving attributes' weight vector and the weighted relative nearness. And then,the merits of the investment programs are sorted in order to support investment decision-makers.
