Project investment decision-making deals with uncertainty due to incomplete information. Intuitionistic fuzzy and TOPSIS are combined for the merits of the projects investment decision-making. The main purpose is to establish a weighted relative nearness linear programming model of alternative programs with the positive and negative ideal solution for solving attributes＇ weight vector and the weighted relative nearness. And then,the merits of the investment programs are sorted in order to support investment decision-makers.
