在双端电压行波定位的基础上,提出了一种基于整个输电网的行波故障定位算法,该算法在某一条线路故障后每个变电站均记录电压行波到达该站的时间,然后由主站根据整个输电网中各变电站所有的时间信息进行融合处理和容错分析,从而在某一台定位装置故障、启动失灵或时间记录错误后仍能进行精确定位。仿真结果表明,该算法具有很强的容错性和很高的定位精度。
According to the double-terminal voltage traveling wave fault location, a new fault location algorithm based on the whole information of the transmission network is presented. When a fault occurs on one line, every substation records the arrival time of the first voltage traveling wave in the all transmission network, and the fault-tolerant analysis and fusion processing are made by the master substation, then the synthesis fault location can be done by utilizing the useful time data. Thus the accuracy of fault location still can be guaranteed even though a locating device breaks down, starts failure or records the wrong time data. The results of simulation indicate that this algorithm has the strong fault tolerance and the high fault location accuracy.
