以中关村国家自主创新示范区数据为例,采用文本挖掘方法对区域科技创新政策的分类进行系统分析。实证结果表明区域科技创新政策可分为权威型、指导型、紧迫型及阶段型,并通过功能类型、作用强度、资源供给、金额力度及持续效力对比分析了不同类型区域科技创新政策的特点。最后,提出了局限性及下一步研究方向。
英文摘要：
In this paper, we use text mining to analyze the classification and of regional science and technology innovation policy based on data obtained from Zhongguancun Science Park. The empirical results indicate that regional science and technology innovation policy can be divided into four types： authoritative, guiding,urgent and periodical. A comparative analysis with function type, intensity, resource supply, funding level and funding effectiveness are performed to investigate the different types of regional science and technology innovation policy. Additionally, the study＇ s limitations are discussed, and future research directions are proposed.
