As a new subject,proteomics has drawn a great attention of researchers after the accomplishment of Hu-man Genome Project in recent years. Due to the development of proteomics technology,this research method which is discovering the structure and function of proteins has been used in the field of many diseases. Hepatocellular carcino-ma(HCC)is a cancer characterized by high mortality. By using proteomics technology,researchers will explore the development mechanism of HCC. Besides that,it can also make contributions to finding diagnostic biomarkers and tar-geted drugs. Presently,researchers from all over the world are doing deep researches on HCC with different proteomic technology,and they are making remarkable progress.
