介绍了疲劳预测的一般流程,在LMS.Virtuallab中建立了某轿车后桥及悬架系统的多体动力学模型,引入了虚拟试验台概念,借助于实车道路载荷谱和有限元分析成功地进行了后桥的疲劳寿命预测,用室内台架试验值验证了仿真计算的结果.结果表明,此方法可以有效地预测系统内受力较为复杂部件的疲劳寿命.
The procedure of fatigue life prediction is illustrated. The multi-body system(MBS) model of the rear axle and the suspension system of a car is built in the LMS. Virtuallab with an introduction of the virtual test rig concept. With the help of road test spectrum and the finite element analysis(FEA) method, the fatigue life of the rear axle is predicted successfully. The in-door test rig results validate the simulation results. This method proves to be able to calculate the fatigue life of the components, which are under complicated forces.
