英文摘要：

This paper adopts the comparative analysis method to comb and summarize the research status of KA. Aiming at the essential features and working mechanism of the open and complicated KA system, the paper points out the limitation of the traditional scientific research approach. Then, the paper outlines the future KA research should follows the scientific views which are integrated by ＂knowledge view, system view, ecological view and mechanism view＂, so as to establish knowledge transformation mechanism approach of KA research. Based on the organic integration analysis of KA system structure, function, behavior, and the unified fusion analysis of KA theory, as well as the function analysis of user comprehensive intelligent generation and harmonious ecological system structure establishment, the paper deeply investigates and verifies the scientificity and feasibility of the knowledge transformation mechanism research approach.
