为了在知识构建(KA)中有效实现用户智能的激活与调控,以知识信息及其向智能转化过程为主要研究对象,通过与Web 1.0和Web 2.0的比较研究,阐明了Web 3.0能够满足用户智能生成的内在机制和复杂适应KA系统建立的条件需求,从而在知识提炼与应用的基本规范基础上制定出Web 3.0环境下用户智能激活与调控的基本原则,并从Web 3.0对社会化媒体交互设计和适应性使用的综合集成视角提出了用户智能从形式到内容激活与调控的策略措施。
To effectively activate and regulate user intelligence in knowledge architecture ( KA), this paper takes knowledge information and its conversion process to intelligence as the research object. By adopting the method of comparative study of Web 1.0 and Web 2. 0, the paper first briefly explains that Web 3.0 is able to satisfy the intrinsic requirement of complex adaptive KA system establishment and the internal mechanism of intelligence generation. Then on the basis of the fundamental norms of knowledge extraction and application, the paper puts forward the basic principles of user intelligence activation and regulation in Web 3.0. Finally, the paper proposes the strategies and measures of user intelligence activation and regulation from form to content in the perspective of social media interactive design and adaptive use.
