根据雌虫会阴花纹特征将采集地河北省定州市西南合村黄瓜棚的根结线虫鉴定为南方根结线虫,并研究对多种植物病原菌具有较强抑制作用的玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63对南方根结线虫的防效及其产生的与防治线虫相关的酶。结果表明,Men-myco-93-63发酵液对根结线虫二龄幼虫的校正致死率达到100%,粗酶液对线虫的校正致死率达到94.87%。Men-myco-93-63具有较强的胶原蛋白酶产生能力,也可产生丝氨酸蛋白酶和蛋白酶,发酵液中蛋白酶的活力达到473.363 7U/mL。推测胶原蛋白酶、蛋白酶、丝氨酸蛋白酶等酶类在该生防菌对南方根结线虫的防治中起重要作用。温室盆栽试验结果表明,玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63发酵液及其固体发酵物对根结线虫均有防效;其中,发酵液5倍稀释液对根结线虫的防效最好,达到39.99%。
According to the perineal pattern of the root knot nematode, the nematode isolated from Dingzhou city of Hebei province in the test was identified as Meloidogyne incognita. Streptornyces ro- seoflavus Men-myco-93-63 has inhibition ability to a variety of plant pathogen,its mechanism which control Meloidogyne incognita is studied from protease producing activity. It shows that the correc- tion fatality rate which the fermentation liquor of Men-myco-93-63 controls Meloidogyne incognita J2s is 100% ,the thick enzyme fluid is 94. 87%. Men-myco-93-63 has strong ability to produce collagen en- zyme,serine protease, and protease. The proteinase activity of its fermentation is up to 473. 363 7 U/mL. It suggests that the collagen enzyme,protease,and serine protease play the important roles inthe interaction of biological control strain against Meloidogyne incognita. This experiment result re- veals that the fermentation and the solid-state fermentation of Men-myco-93-63 can control Meloido- gyne incognita, and the best dose.of the fermentation is with five times diluents, its control efficiency is 39.99%.
