14只健康犬随机分为电视辅助胸腔镜手术(video—assisted thoracoscopic surgery,VATS)组和开胸组,每组7只,2组动物分别采用VATS方法和开胸方法进行单侧全肺切除术。通过检测在术前、术中及术后不同时间点的血清MDA、SOD、GSHPx、TNOS和iNOS含量变化,比较VATS和开胸手术对机体氧化应激的影响。结果显示:与术前相比,在术后4h2组各应激水平变化值达到最大,并且差异显著(P〈0.05);GSH—Px和iNOS的检测结果显示VATS组更早出现显著性差异变化(2h)。在开胸手术中各项指标的峰值较高。说明2种手术方法均能够引起机体强烈的氧化应激;VATS手术产生相对低的应激水平,但是可能会更早出现应激状态。
Fourteen dogs were randomly divided into two groups which respectively underwent VATS and transthoracic pneumonectomy. Serum MDA, SOD, GSH-Px TNOS and iNOS level was monitored at different time points. The effect of oxidative stress was evaluated between VATS and thoracotomy. The result showed that maximum oxidative stress change was occurred at 4 h compared with the baseline (preoperative), and there was a significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Nevertheless, the earlier significant difference was occurred in VATS group based on the result of GSH-Px and iNOS. The result explained that both the two approaches aroused strong oxidative stress. Although lower level of oxidative stress was observed in VATS, the phenomenon of oxidative stress may emerge earlier.
