通过单因素试验确定了在镀锌钢表面制备氟锆酸盐/7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(C9H6INO4S)复合转化膜的最佳条件为:氟锆酸钾4g/L,C9H6INO4S 0.06g/L,硼酸3g/L,温度35℃,pH3.6,时间30min。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、中性盐雾(NSS)试验、极化曲线测量和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了转化膜的形貌、结构、组成及耐蚀性能。结果表明,由ZrF4、ZrO2和磺酸锌配合物组成的转化膜层使得镀锌钢的耐中性盐雾时间超过120h。
The optimal conditions for preparing a fluorozirconate/7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (C9H6INO4S) composite conversion coating on Zn-electroplated steel were determined by single-factor experiment as follows: K2ZrF6 4g/L, C9H6INO4S 0.06 g/L, H3BO3 3 g/L, temperature 35℃, pH 3.6, and time 30 min. The morphology, microstructure, elemental composition and corrosion resistance of the conversion coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), neutral salt spray (NSS) test, polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the conversion coating is composed of ZrF4, ZrO2 and zinc-sulfonic acid complex, and makes the time to failure of Zn-electroplated steel exceed 120 hours in NSS test.
