对3种除氟用氧化铝的除氟与再生性能进行了对比试验研究。X射线衍射仪显示这3种氧化铝结晶度较低,晶型分别为γ-AlOOH、η-Al2O3 和过渡形态氧化铝;电镜扫描仪显示3种氧化铝表面孔隙数量与晶粒形状各不相同。静态吸附试验结果表明,晶型对氧化铝的除氟及再生性能有决定性作用,不同晶型氧化铝的吸附量存在差异;这3种氧化铝经过再生处理后,可基本恢复原有的除氟性能,但是再生剂的酸戒性影响再生效果,晶型不同的氧化铝适用的再生剂不同。
Batch experiments focused on defluoridation and regeneration performance of three kinds of typical commercial alumina were conducted in this study. The XRD analysis revealed that three kinds of alumina (ALl, AL2 and AL3) were poorly crystallized, and the main surface composition was calibrated as γ-AlOOH, η-Al2O3 and transitional phases of aluminum oxide respectively. The SEM showed that the surface pore and grain shape of ALl, AL2 and AL3 were difference each other. The batch fluoride adsorption experiments results revealed that the crystalline construct of aluminum oxide play a great role in the defluoridation and regeneration characteristics. The general regeneration techniques were very suitable to restore the fluorine-removal capacity for all of them, but the acidity/basicity of regenerant significantly affected the regeneration efficiency. The best available regenerant should be chosen for special crystalline construct of aluminum oxide.
