流化床反应器因具有高传热传质效率,床层温度均匀等特点而在工业中具有广阔的应用前景,针对不同的干馏原料与工艺需求,国内外进行了一系列研究并开发出了多样化的流化干馏技术,部分技术已成功应用于生产。对目前主要的6种流化干馏技术类型进行了对比分析,并对流化干馏技术未来的发展趋势进行了展望。流化干馏未来的主要发展方向将是大型化、多联产化,降低运行能耗并解决除尘困难与设备磨损问题。
Fluidized bed reactor has been researched and applied in industry because its high heat and mass transfer efficiency and uniform bed temperature. According to different materials and different retorting requirements, a series of research were made around world and a variety of distinctive fluidized retorting technology were developed now. Some of these technologies have been successfully applied in commercial production. This paper introduce 6 main types of fluidized retorting technology, and discuss the development prospect of fluidized retorting technology in the future. The main development directions of will be large-scale, poly generation, reducing energy consumption and solving the problem of dust removal equipment wear.
