预脱蜡对油页岩干馏炼油的影响

以吉林桦甸油页岩为研究对象。通过用有机溶剂单级萃取的方法在油页岩干馏前脱蜡。脱蜡后的油页岩样在试验初温20℃,试验终温520℃,升温速率10℃/min,终温停留时间30min,进行油页岩干馏试验研究。为了研究脱蜡对页岩油品质的影响规律,对桦甸页岩油性质进行了测试,包括馏程、元素分析等,并进行深入分析。研究结果表明,脱蜡对页岩油的各项品质是有一定影响的,油页岩干馏前脱蜡对油页岩含油率影响不大且用苯溶剂萃取后的油页岩还比未萃取的页岩含油率略高;而且脱蜡能提升页岩油中的轻馏分组分。通过元素分析的数据变化也可以看出预脱蜡有利于提高页岩油的质量。

英文摘要:

Representative sample as received oil shale from Huadian was used for this research. Wax was extracted from oil shale before retorting through single-stage extraction with organic solvents. Then oil shale samples after extracting wax were retorted in a fixed bed reactor at a heating rate 10 ℃/min under nitrogen atmosphere, at the initial temperature of 20 ℃ and the same final temperature of 520 ℃ and residence time of 30 minutes. In order to elucidate the regularities of extracting wax on the quality of shale oil, the analysis of proximate and ultimate analysis and boiling point distribution of shale oil Huadian shale oil was carried out. The results show that extracting wax has little effect on shale oil yield and even the shale oil yield which has extracted by benzene is higher than the normal yield of shale oil and extracting wax can increase the lighter fraction in the shale oil. It was also observed that extracting wax is conducive to improve the quality of shale oil through the date of ultimate analysis.
