以邻苯二胺与4-(咔唑-1-基)苯甲醛为原料,合成了一种新型苯并咪唑衍生物——2-(4-咔唑-1-基-苯基)-1H-苯并咪唑(2),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,MS(ESI),IR和元素分析表征。通过理论计算,结合UV-Vis和单光子荧光光谱研究了其光学性质,结果表明:2在二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,乙醇,乙腈和DMF中的λmax均位于292nm和330 nm附近,λ_(em)分别为389 nm,379 nm,395 nm,400 nm和390 nm。
A novel benzimidazole derivative, 2- (4-carbazole-1 -yl) -1H-benzimidazole (2), was synthe- sized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with 4-(carbazole-l-yl) benzaldehyde. The structure was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS (ESI) , IR and elemental analysis. The optical properties of 2 were investigated by UV-Vis and one-photon fluorescence. The results indicated that A max of 2 were about 292 nm and 330 nm in methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, alcohol, acetonitrile and DMF. A om of 2 were 389 nm, 379 nm, 395 nm, 400 nm and 390 nm, respectively.
