In order to explore the main transmission of HFMD factors,a class of SEIQR model of hand foot and mouth disease with an incubation period of birth and death is studied. This model includes susceptible,latent（ infected with hand foot and mouth virus but not showing symptoms）,sick,isolator and restorers who will be infected with the disease again. The basic reproduction number of hand foot and mouth disease is get and the dynamic analysis of the model is studied.
