目前第二代高压共轨喷射系统普遍使用电磁阀控制液力驱动式电控喷油器,喷油器内的一些关键结构决定着液力过程的特性,进而影响喷油器的喷油规律。笔者在改进的普通喷油泵试验台上利用博世长管法测试了一高压共轨喷射系统的喷油规律,测试的数据验证了所建高压共轨电控喷油器模型的准确性,并进一步应用该模型分析了喷油器关键结构参数对喷油规律及喷射压力波动的影响。
Solenoid-hydraulic acting injector is generally used by the second generation high-pressure common-rail system.Some key constructions in this kind of injector determine hydraulic characteristic,further effect on injection rate.In this article,injection rate of a high-pressure common-rail system is tested by Bosch tube method in an improved common pump test bench.The test results are used to verify the accuracy of AMESim injector model.Furthermore,this article focused on the key parameters of injector to see how the injection rate and injection pressure vary.
