喷油嘴内的流动状态以及燃油喷射情况在很大程度上影响柴油机的排放和经济性能。鉴于试验和测量受种种条件的限制,可利用CFD软件AVL-FIRE中的混合多相流模型加空穴模型,通过数值计算,模拟了柴油机孔式喷油嘴内的燃油流动状态。模拟出喷油嘴内燃油流动状况,空穴的产生、发展及分布情况。进一步分析了不同燃油喷射压力对喷孔内空穴分布的影响。分析表明,通过本方法可预测喷油嘴内的燃油流动状况,可为喷油嘴设计的合理性指出改进方向。
The flow status in the nozzle and fuel injection significantly influence the emission and economy of diesel engines. Due to limited experimental conditions, the flow status in the injector of diesel engines with numerical simulation method is simulated using mixed multiphase flow module coupled with model by means of AVL - FIRE CFD software. In this article, the flow status and the naissance, the development and the distribution of cavitation are simulated. In addition, the effect of distribution of cavitation on the spout pressure is analysed. After analysis, it is possible to predict real situation of the flow in the injector and to analyze whether the design of an injector is reasonable, as well as to indicate the direction of improvement.
