以我国政府公共信息资源综合规划为出发点，探讨评价其配置合理的目的和意义，给出评价指标建立的指导思想，提出构建评价指标的6条基本原则和指标设计合理的6个评价准则，分析配置合理综合评价的技术途径与方法。
英文摘要：
Based on the requirements of evaluation index of government public information resources＇ rational allocation for integrated planning, this paper explores the purpose and significance of rational allocation of government public information resources, presenting the guiding ideology ,proposing six principles of creating evaluation index and its six evaluation criterias, analyzing the technical approa- ches and comprehensive evaluation methods of rational allocation of government public information resources, then concluding that com- bination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation of＂ reasonableness of government public information allocation should be necessary to be employ in this study.
