针对近几年发生在我国较为频繁的软件盗版事件，通过建立博彝模型，对盗版事件的三方博彝主体，即软件制造者、软件盗版者和政府之间的剃益关系开展了博弈分析．在经验分析和理论分析的基础上，提出了应对我国软件盗版事件频发的对策建议．
英文摘要：
In view of the frequent events of software piracy in China in recent years, we establish the model of game theory and analyze the interest relationship of the three-party subjects such as the maker of software, the pirate of software and the government. On the basis of the empirical and theoretical analysis, we put forward some suggestions to fight against software piracy.
