利用数据包络分析法(DEA)与Malmquist生产率指数相结合的方法对2002-2007年我国高技术产业各行业的资源配置效率进行动态评价,主要结果有:技术效率指数和技术变化指数是影响我国高技术行业资源配置Malmquist指数的主要因素,不同行业技术效率指数和技术变化指数的影响不同;我国医药制造业、电子计算机及办公设备制造业的资源配置效率整体上有下降的趋势,主要源于技术衰退;航天航空器制造业、电子通讯设备制造业的资源配置效率整体上有增长的趋势,前者源于技术效率的改善,后者源于技术效率的改善和技术水平的提高。
By combining the Data Envelopment Analysis method with the Mahnquist productivity index, this paper carries out a dynamic evaluation of resource allocation efficiency of China's Hi-Tech industries from 2002 to 2007. The results show that technical efficiency index and technological progress index are the major factors affecting the Malmquist index of resources allocation of China's hi-tech industries, the effects of the technical efficiency index and the technological progress index of different industries are different. The resources allocation efficiency of China's medicine manufacturing industry and the computers and office equipment manufacturing industries is on a downward trend, primarily due to technical recession. The resources allocation efficiency of the aircraft manufacturing industry and the electronic telecommunication equipment manufacturing industry is on a growing trend, the former stems from the improvement of technical efficiency, while the latter stems from the improvement of technical efficiency and the raising of technological level.
