中国房地产市场从20世纪90年代末开始逐步进入以市场化供给为主的阶段,从满足基本居住功能到提供更加适宜的居住环境,居住区街道空间形态发生了潜移默化的变化一方面应用空间句法的理论和方法,通过环上海世纪公园居住区道路空间结构的量化研究,比较空间形态的差异;另一方面从街道生活入手,结合居住区规划设计形态,总结居住区规划中空间结构和出行行为是如何相互作用的。为塑造可以有效整合居民各项活动的宜居社区提供参考。
Chinese real estate market has gradually been stepping into the stage where supply is dominant since the end of 1990s. The invisible changes have fallen on the street spatial morphology in residential areas from the satisfaction of basic living to provide a more suitable living environment. On the one hand, the paper, applying the theories and methods of space syntax, compares the differences among spatial rnorphology through the quantitative study of the road spatial structure at residential area in Shanghai Century Park. On the other hand, starting from the street life, it concludes how the spatial structure in planning interacts with the travel behavior in residential area with a combination of the planning and design morphology there. It may provide a reference for the livable community that can effectively integrate all residents' activities.
