针对深井高地温环境对煤自燃极限参数的影响问题,利用程序升温实验研究的方法,进行煤样恒温40℃处理后程序升温和常温条件下程序升温的实验设计,研究煤样的自燃特性,计算两组煤样的耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO2产生率和放热强度,得出煤自燃极限参数的变化规律,实验结果显示:处理后升温的煤样耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO2产生率和放热强度均高于常温条件下升温的煤样,煤自燃极限参数中最小浮煤厚度和下限氧浓度值均减小,上限漏风强度值增大,并且变化率随煤温近似呈线性增长趋势,说明高地温导致煤体的氧化放热性增强,更容易蓄热升温,自燃危险性增大。
To study the impact of high ground temperature environment in deep mine on limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion, the temperature programmed experiment was designed and carried out on one coal sample pre - heated in 40 ℃ constant temperature, and another in normal temperature, to analyze the coal spontaneous characteristics, after calculation of the oxygen consumption rate, CO and CO2 generation rate and heat release intensity of the two coal samples, obtaining the variation law of limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion. The results showed that, the oxygen consumption rate, CO and CO2 generation rate, heat release intensity of the coal sample dealt with 40℃ constant temperature were higher, its minimum float coal thickness and lower limit oxygen concentration extremum decreased, upper air leakage intensity increased, and the change rate almost linearly increased with coal temperature, indicating high ground temperature led to stronger oxidation exothermieity of coal, and higher risk of spontaneous combustion.
