宝鸡秦源煤矿为典型的大倾角"三软"易自燃煤层,N105工作面回采时发生采空区浮煤自燃,导致CO超限,工作面停产。经对火区情况初步分析后,采用了多种方法对火区进行了治理,但由于采空区漏风严重、火区面积大、火区发展速度快,前期治理并未收到明显的成效。后期针对火区特点,对N105工作面进行了封闭,并采取向采空区灌注高分子胶体和液态二氧化碳的措施进行治理,取得了良好效果,有效控制了N105工作面采空区高温区域,确保了工作面启封后的安全回采。秦源煤矿采空区火区治理工程实践经验总结对大倾角"三软"易自燃煤层自燃火灾治理具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
According to the characteristics of fire zone in № N105 mining face of Qinyuan Coal Mine,the face was sealed and the comprehensive control measures,including injecting polymer gel and liquid carbon dioxide to the goaf were conducted. The high temperature zone in the goaf was effectively controlled and safety production was ensured after № N105 mining face was unsealed. The engineering practice of treating fire zone of goaf in Qinyuan Coal Mine has certain guiding significance for fire control in "three soft"inclined and spontaneous combustion seam.
