矿井通风难易程度是通风系统设计、评价和优化的重要指标.分析了原等积孔由于通风路线增长,需风量增大而风压增加有限导致失效的问题.基于缪尔格等积孔评价方法和已有的等积孔修正方法,提出了一种新的修正方法,综合考虑了自然风压、外部漏风,以及用风地点风量、风速、温度和空气质量等多种因素对通风系统的影响.并对山东某矿通风难易程度进行了分析评价,评价结果符合矿井实际情况.
The mine ventilation difficulty degree is an important index of the ventilation system design, evaluation and optimization. In this paper, analyses was made on the failure problem of the original equivalent orifices due to the increase of the ventilation route, the increase of the required air quantity and the limitation of the air pressure increase. For this purpose, a new correction method was proposed according to the evaluation method of Murgue equivalent orifice and the correction and discussion of the existing equivalent orifices, which comprehensively considered the influence of the natural air pressure, the external air leakage, the air quantity, and air velocity, temperature and air quality in the ventilation places as well as other factors on the ventilation system. Analysis and evaluation were carried out on the ventilation difficulty degree of a coal mine in Shandong Province, and the evaluation results were in accordance with the actual situation of the mine.
