采用水热法制备了4A沸石分子筛,研究了煅烧温度、氢氧化钠浓度、凝胶形成时间、晶化时间等因素对4A沸石分子筛的晶型的影响。高岭土煅烧温度小于900℃时得到A型沸石,高于950℃时得到P型沸石;氢氧化钠浓度小于5mol/L时以P型沸石为主,大于5mol/L时出现了一种新的沸石(Na6[AlSiO4]6·4H2O);凝胶形成时问长对x型沸石形成有利;晶化时间大于14h时,出现的几乎全是P型沸石相,仅有少量的x型沸石相。
4A zeolite molecular sieve is prepared by hydrothermal method and effects of some factors such as calcining temperature, sodium hydroxide concentration, gelling time, crystallization time on the crystal form of 4A zeolite molecular sieve are studied. A type zeo- lite will be produced if the calcination temperature of kaolin is less than 900 ℃ and P type zeolite will be primarily produced if tempera- ture is more than 950℃ ; P type zeolite will be obtained if sodium hydroxide concentration is less than 5 mol/L and a new kind of zeolite(Na6[AlSiO4]6·4H2O) will be produced if sodium hydroxide concentration is more than 5 mol/L. Gelling time is favorable to develop X form zeolite. P form zeolite is almost entirely developed if crystallization time is more than 14 hours.
