通过对沥青混合料试件的薄片切割,应用数字图像处理技术,获得了大量截面图像,并引入体视学方法,从二维截面上的集料分布信息推测出了三维空间集料的粒径分布,进一步提出了将球形集料假设级配转换为机械筛分级配的修正方法。结果表明:切片数量对试验结果有影响,切片数量越多,得到的结果越准确;球形集料在假设条件下的级配与机械筛分级配有一定误差,通过引入修正系数C可将二者相对误差控制在5%之内,满足了工程精度要求。
Applying digital image processing techniques and cutting the specimen slices of asphalt mixtures, authors acquired lots of section image of specimen. By introducing stereology method, the aggregate size distribution obtained from the three-dimensional (3-D) space could be estimated by analyzing the aggregate distribution size got from two-dimensional (2-D) section. Then, a conversion method transformed the gradation of sphericity assumption to that of mechanical sieving was put forward. Results indicate that the number of slice affects the test result, and more slices will get better result; there are some errors of gradation between sphericity assumption and mechanical sieving. By introducing the correcting index C, the relative error is less than 5 %. It can satisfy the engineering precision request.
